Cassidy F. Wahlie

Cassidy began working at Fitzpatrick, Zimmerman, & Rose in 2020 as a law clerk and joined the firm full time in 2021 as an Associate Attorney after passing the bar. Cassidy was born and raised in Tuscarawas County and received her bachelor’s degree from Notre Dame College in 2019. Cassidy earned her Juris Doctorate Magna Cum Laude from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law in 2021. While in law school, Cassidy was Vice President of the Environmental Law Society, served as Articles Research Editor for the college’s Law Review, was a property teaching assistant, and was a research assistant for a number of Ohio Northern’s esteemed faculty.

Cassidy has experience in business organization and dissolution as well as estate planning.
