The Real Estate Section supports a growing practice in the areas of residential, commercial and industrial transactions and development. We represent individuals, developers, contractors, real estate brokers, lenders and title insurance companies in all aspects of transactions ranging from the sale and purchase of single-family residences and condominiums to large-scale commercial and industrial projects. Our attorneys have significant experience in negotiating and closing transactions under advantageous financing, liability and tax structures. Our attorneys also represent clients in eminent domain, zoning, annexation and construction projects and litigation.

We currently own two Real Estate Title Companies. <a href="http://www.tusctitle.net/" target="_blank">Tuscarawas County Title Company</a> located in New Philadelphia, Ohio and Premier Title Company, located in Cadiz, Ohio.
