Tuscarawas County Title Company was established in 1956. The staff consists of managing attorney Greg Miller. Closing coordinators are Cindy Smith and Renee Beem, who have a combined 35 years in the banking business. Bobbie Johnston, escrow assistant, has 12 years real estate experience, having previously worked as a licensed Realtor's assistant. Barb Eckert is post-closing coordinator, with 31 years experience in banking and title company work. Mandy Young and Debbie Cummings are licensed title underwriters for the company with 10 and 15 years experience, respectively. Laura Andrews is a title examiner with 25 years experience in land surveying, civil engineering and title examining. Greg Clay, title examiner, worked as a licensed Realtor, manufactured home business and has been with the company for 13 years. Crista Sigrist, marketing representative, serves as a liaison among realtors, lenders and the title company. Her previous experience includes 10 years of public relations work as well as five years as a freelance writer.
